Johnny Huy Nguyen is a multidisciplinary dancer, choreographer, performance maker, and son of refugees working at the intersection of street and  contemporary dance, martial arts, theater, ritual, installation, and multimedia. Centering AAPI and global majority communities, he creates visceral works that interrogate the social, political, and cultural forces that shape us to ignite personal and collective
